In this stage, the objective is to understand the requirement given by customer. When doing business of outsourcing, a clear understanding of clients business needs is necessary for providing the best solutions.

The requirement document is re-examined for any further details needed at this stage. On getting a clear understanding of the business requirement a rough estimate of the time and costs involved in the project is made. The deliverables are as follows.

* Requirement Specification Document

*Time - Resource Analysis and Project Schedule

*Payment schedule

2.1. Functional Specifications Document: Before starting to actually develop the functionalities, we document all the functional specifications. The client reviews it and gives the feedback. The requirements specifications are amended based on the client feedback.

2.2. Methodology : We  adopt a combination of approaches including the evolving iterative one. A visual representation involving all the screen elements in the final solution (the page/forms design, database design) is given to the client and the project evolves on regular interaction with the client, until it becomes the final product, exact to initial specifications.

2.3. The Working prototype: The working prototype may be involved in some cases .This is the intermediate delivery before the final to establish the proof of concept.

2.4.Regular Updates : Regular online sessions and emails keep the client updated on the work in progress. Feedback from the client is taken in each major step and required modifications are incorporated.

2.5. Final Delivery: The final product is delivered after thorough testing (manual) based on design specification. The client delivers a completion certificate on successful implementation of the project.
